After two whirlwind days in Athens, we are on our way to Rhodes. Known as the largest of the Dodecanese islands (Greek islands known for their medieval castles and Byzantine Churches) Rhodes is in the Aegean Sea, a recess in the Mediterranean Sea between Europe and Asia.
